Security & compliance

App Store Connect private keys, Android keystores (and their passwords), Google Play service-account JSON, Apple Search Ads keys, and SAML SSO certificates are encrypted in our database using strong industry-standard encryption. API tokens are stored as one-way hashes — we can verify them, never read them back.
  • Team tier: SAML 2.0 SSO, audit log with 365-day retention, role-based access control.
  • You own your content. We only host and process it to operate the service — details in the terms.

What happens when my trial ends?
Your account automatically downgrades to Free. We never charge you without explicit opt-in.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes — upgrades apply immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you keep access to what you've already paid for.
Is there a discount for non-profits or students?
Reach out to support@mysigner.dev — we offer discounts case-by-case.
How does seat billing work on Team?
Team includes up to 10 seats per organization at the base price. We'll reach out directly if you need more.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and region-specific methods via Paddle. Wire transfer available on annual Team plans.
Can I self-host or use on-prem?
Not today. MySigner is a hosted SaaS. Reach out if on-prem is a hard requirement and we'll share roadmap details.
